Project Coordinator Intern

About the role

Dentsu, a leading media agency group, is looking for a Project Coordinator Intern for spring 2027 in Aarhus. You will work on project management, campaign execution and events, both physical and digital, within a creative team that values responsibility, feedback and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop campaign ideas and present them to the team
• Brainstorm and research independently and with colleagues
• Lead parts of campaigns and create project plans
• Crew management: brief and communicate with brand ambassadors
• Cooperate with partners, suppliers and venues
• Take part in budgeting and financial control
• Attend client meetings and work across teams
• Help execute campaigns outside the office (a driving licence is a plus)
