About the role

BAHR is looking for a newly graduated law graduate (cand.jur) with a strong interest in employment law to join its top‑tier Employment team in Copenhagen. The position starts on 1 February 2027 and may begin as a Legal Trainee.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with employment matters in private equity and corporate transactions, including M&A processes, director contracts, mass redundancies, and business transfers.
• Provide ongoing employment law advice to Danish and international clients across a range of issues.

Required profile

• Newly graduated law degree (cand.jur) with a strong interest in employment law.
• Willingness to start on 1 February 2027, optionally beginning as a Legal Trainee.

Required skills

• Strong analytical and legal drafting abilities.
• Fluency in Danish and English.
