Key Account Manager – Food & Pharma (Denmark/Sweden)

About the role

We are looking for a Key Account Manager to drive profitable growth and strengthen long‑term partnerships with Alfa Laval’s most important customers in the food and pharmaceutical sectors across Denmark and Sweden. You will act as the trusted advisor and main point of contact, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop existing strategic accounts by understanding customer needs and proposing tailored solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities, follow up leads and expand the customer base.
• Coordinate meetings and optimise collaboration with technical specialists, service teams, inside sales and other internal stakeholders.

• Commercially driven professional with strong relationship‑building skills and ability to navigate complex organisations.
• Proactive, structured and comfortable taking ownership while collaborating across functions and cultures.
• Motivated by developing strategic partnerships and delivering sustainable business growth.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
