Junior Consultant – Procurement, Compliance & Contract Management

About the role

Devoteam, a leading digital consultancy with offices in Copenhagen and Aarhus, is looking for a student/junior consultant in its team covering IT procurement, compliance, risk and contract management. The role is part-time, about 15 hours per week, based in central Copenhagen with the option of working from home, and takes exam periods into account.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the procurement watch, monitoring and handling relevant tenders
• Advise colleagues on tender rules
• Help prepare tender documents and handle contract management and signing
• Analyse market trends and legal rulings, and gather news on tenders, judgments and decisions
• Support the organisation with internal tasks, projects and reports, and follow up on contract signings

Required profile

• Studying law (HA(jur.), BA jur., Cand.Merc.(jur.) or similar) and having studied or completed procurement law
• Interest in consulting and the intersection of IT, law, contracts and compliance; knowledge of the Public Procurement Act, NIS2, CADA, AI Act and copyright law is an advantage
• Previous student jobs or voluntary work alongside studies
• Independent, flexible and structured, with good communication skills and ability to handle several tasks at once
