IT Project Leader for Complex Technology Projects

About the role

We are looking for an IT Project Leader to drive complex technology projects from planning through to operation. The role sits within PwC’s Technology Strategy and Delivery unit, working closely with Danish and international specialists to deliver AI, cloud, data, integration and system modernization initiatives for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Establish project organisation, delivery model, governance structures and decision forums.
• Translate business goals into scope, milestones, deliverables and clear success criteria.
• Manage budget, schedule, quality, resources, risks, changes and dependencies.
• Coordinate architecture, development, data, integration, testing and security streams across distributed teams and vendors.
• Lead the transition of solutions into operational support.

Required profile

• At least eight years of experience leading complex IT projects or technical workstreams from inception to implementation, preferably in a consulting environment with direct client contact.
• Strong understanding of architecture, integration, cloud, data and software development, able to ask incisive technical questions.
• Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree (or ten years of full‑time experience if no degree).
• Fluent written and spoken Danish and English.
