GTM Engineer

About the role

Corti is building a clinical‑grade AI platform to expand access to medical expertise. The GTM Engineer will design and maintain the data and automation backbone that powers the commercial teams, turning fragmented tools into a reliable foundation for scaling go‑to‑market operations.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain an integrated data layer across commercial systems (Stripe, Attio, Supabase, Calendly, Leexi) and own the event tracking layer for analytics tools such as PostHog and Mixpanel.
• Design and implement workflows, automations and backend services that streamline pipeline management, deal acceleration and post‑sale handoffs for sales, CS and growth teams.
• Develop enrichment pipelines that pull third‑party data and internal signals to keep Ideal Customer Profile records current and scored.
• Create internal AI‑powered tools and agentic workflows that surface timely signals, automate account research, meeting‑prep summaries and usage‑based alerts.

Required profile

• Mid‑level software engineering experience, preferably with growth, sales or other go‑to‑market teams.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript with a backend focus.
• Proven experience integrating business‑critical tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive and familiarity with analytics platforms like PostHog, Mixpanel or Segment.
