Global Health & Safety Manager

About the role

CUBIC-Modulsystem A/S, a Rockwell Automation company, is a global provider of modular low-voltage switchboard systems and enclosure solutions. The Global Health & Safety Manager holds overall responsibility for developing, implementing and driving CUBIC's global health and safety agenda across all sites and functions, ensuring a strong safety culture, compliance with applicable legislation and continuous improvement of safety performance. The role grows with the company's expansion and requires close collaboration with local management teams, operational leaders and global stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and drive the global Health & Safety strategy across all CUBIC locations
• Promote a proactive safety culture through leadership engagement and employee involvement
• Ensure compliance with legislation, corporate requirements and Rockwell Automation standards
• Maintain global Health & Safety policies, procedures and management systems
• Run performance management through KPIs, reporting, audits and corrective actions
• Lead incident prevention, investigations, root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions
• Support sites with risk assessments and control measures
• Deliver Health & Safety training and awareness programmes
• Coordinate internal and external audits and follow up on findings
• Embed Health & Safety requirements into new investments, expansions and facility changes
• Build a global network of local H&S representatives and stakeholders
• Support emergency preparedness, crisis response and business continuity
• Manage occupational health and employee well-being programmes

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, technical sciences or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
• Preferred: experience in a global manufacturing environment, preferably in the metal industry
• Preferred: solid knowledge of international health and safety legislation and regulations
• Preferred: experience working across multiple countries and cultures

Required skills

• Fluent English, written and spoken
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
