Executive Producer – Maternity Cover

About the role

BLAST is seeking a dynamic Executive Producer to lead product creation for one of its core esports ecosystems on a maternity cover basis. You will be the main contact for the publisher and drive ideation, organization, and execution of world‑class content.

Key responsibilities

• Act as primary point of contact for the publisher on all product‑related matters, ensuring collaboration and alignment.
• Facilitate product ideation sessions, coordinating internal and external stakeholders to generate engaging concepts.
• Collaborate with broadcast, creative, and marketing teams to enhance fan engagement and storytelling.
• Define the future direction of the ecosystem, balancing creative ambition with commercial constraints.
• Lead and develop the core team, fostering a collaborative culture.
• Own creative vision, style, tone, and quality while managing budgets and financial tracking.
• Oversee event production decisions, including stage design and operational planning.
• Monitor product performance and use audience insights to inform future decisions.

Required profile

• 4‑6+ years of production experience in esports, sports, entertainment or broadcast.
• Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end production cycles and multiple simultaneous projects.
• Strong organizational, planning and communication skills.
• Deep understanding of esports ecosystems, fan communities and industry trends.
• Willingness to travel internationally for events.

Required skills

• Experience managing production budgets and financial forecasting.
• Ability to translate creative vision into on‑screen product.
