About the role

BAHR is expanding its Tier 1 M&A team in Copenhagen and seeks experienced M&A lawyers to help build one of Denmark’s leading M&A environments. The role offers direct influence on cases, client relationships and business development within a young, ambitious and supportive team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex private‑equity and corporate M&A transactions for high‑profile clients on an international level.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, providing early contact and strategic advice.
• Contribute to the firm’s growth strategy, including market visibility and transaction volume.

Required profile

• Several years of experience handling high‑value M&A deals, preferably in a Tier 1 environment.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to work autonomously in a flat‑structure firm.
• Willingness to engage in business development and cross‑border collaboration with Scandinavian colleagues.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of Danish M&A law, private‑equity and corporate transactions.
• Excellent analytical and negotiation abilities.
