Duty Manager / Operations Manager Internship

About the role

Join Zoku as a Duty Manager / Operations Manager Intern and become the central hub ensuring smooth hotel operations. You will coach the operational team, handle guest experiences, and support all Rooms Division and F&B activities.

Key responsibilities

• Support Sidekicks on the floor, from preparing coffee to handling resident complaints.
• Act as trouble‑shooter, coordinate maintenance, and manage safety and security procedures.
• Coach, guide and train the operational team, reinforcing Zoku’s values and service standards.
• Manage rooms‑related procedures, restaurant reservations, and payment handling.
• Assist in updating work schedules and ensure high service standards across all departments.

Required profile

• Enrolled university student needing a mandatory managerial internship of at least 6 months.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• EU resident or holder of a valid work and residence permit for Denmark.
• Available to start in February 2027 with flexible working hours (morning, mid‑day, evening).
• Willing to relocate to Copenhagen for the internship duration (accommodation not provided).
• Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant environment.
