Content Excellence Subject Matter Expert (SME)

About the role

We are looking for a Content Excellence Subject Matter Expert to help life‑science clients solve complex commercial and medical content challenges. You will work with top‑tier pharma companies and biotech startups, shaping both delivery projects and the firm’s service portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the go‑to expert on content processes, Veeva Vault PromoMats, and related digital asset platforms for client projects.
• Lead design workshops, process assessments and requirement‑gathering sessions with senior client stakeholders.
• Advise customers on content and digital asset management principles and translate AI opportunities into concrete value.
• Identify, develop and market new service offerings, value propositions and go‑to‑market strategies for the Content Excellence practice.
• Contribute to the growth of the team through recruitment, onboarding and coaching of new members.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in consulting or a commercial content role within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Deep knowledge of Veeva Vault PromoMats and the end‑to‑end MLR review process.
• Proven project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior executives.
• Creative mindset for building AI‑driven use cases and new service offerings.
