Construction Internship – Spring 2027, Hillerød

About the role

NCC is looking for four interns for its construction team in Hillerød, working on a large pharmaceutical building project of about 42,000 m². The site works on both exterior and interior fit-out work, and you will choose between the two. You will take part actively in the project team and department meetings, learning from experienced colleagues and younger ones.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to safety and working environment
• Help with planning and controlling schedules
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and trades
• Coordinate tasks with salaried staff and suppliers
• Support quality assurance in DALUX

Required profile

• Student on an engineering or building construction degree; a trade background is an advantage but not required
• Good spoken and written Danish
• Comfortable with MS Office
• Ready for a steep learning curve and able to work with many different specialists
• Self-reliant, curious and able to coordinate fit-out work on a large complex site
