Business Supporter – Support til CRM, Risk og ERP

About the role

We are looking for a service‑oriented Business Supporter to join our Business Solutions Support Team. You will help PwC employees maximise the value of our CRM, Risk and ERP platforms and the business processes they support.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to emails and calls from colleagues, providing professional assistance and guidance.
• Guide users through compliance, customer, job and invoicing related processes.
• Investigate and resolve issues linked to data, workflows and digital tools.
• Coordinate cases with relevant internal teams and global support functions.
• Collaborate with Risk, CRM, ERP, IT and other specialists on operational challenges.

Required profile

• Interest in digital tools and business systems.
• Enjoy advising and helping colleagues.
• Curious, eager to learn new technologies.
• Structured approach to problem solving.
• Clear communication in both Danish and English.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Familiarity with risk‑management tools.
• Ability to work with digital tooling and data analysis.
