Business Project Manager – Kitchens, Bathrooms and Wardrobes

About the role

Invita Vejle is looking for an engaged business project manager who can turn first customer contact into a finished project. The role covers kitchens, bathrooms and wardrobes, which are key to function, quality and design in commercial projects. You will manage the process from first contact to final delivery, working closely with contractors, craftsmen, clients, architects and other partners.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new business customers
• Identify new project opportunities and develop the business
• Advise professional customers on kitchen, bathroom and wardrobe solutions
• Prepare offers and follow projects from offer through order and delivery
• Coordinate projects with customers, suppliers, craftsmen and partners
• Ensure structure, progress, quality and follow-up throughout the project
• Focus on project economics, deadlines and customer satisfaction
• Work closely with colleagues in the shop so that sales and project execution flow smoothly
• Share your knowledge and experience with colleagues

Required profile

• Experience in project management, sales or customer handling, preferably in the kitchen, construction, contractor or long-term consumer goods sector
• A trade or construction background is an advantage; understanding of projects and people skills are essential
• Outgoing, relationship-driven and commercially minded
• Structured, able to juggle many tasks, responsible and reliable
• Independent but also enjoys teamwork
