Business Operations Specialist – Nordic Region

About the role

We are looking for a Business Operations Specialist to join Bosch Power Tools’ Nordic Business Operations team in Ballerup. You will support business processes and ensure excellent customer service across Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Finland.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update the customer portfolio in SAP, collaborating with sales, logistics, finance and service teams.
• Analyse and optimise processes such as campaigns, supply‑chain activities, product returns and customer communications.
• Act as the primary liaison between the Nordic sales organisation and Bosch Power Tools headquarters in Leinfelden.
• Serve as a key user and expert for SAP and other business systems, supporting end‑users.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or 3‑4 years of related professional experience (Master’s degree a plus).
• Strong commercial awareness and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Fluent in Danish; proficiency in other Nordic languages is an advantage.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Experience with SAP (mandatory).
• Knowledge of Process Mining tools (advantage).
