Business Analyst – Life Sciences

About the role

As a Business Analyst you will translate pharma customers' business needs into user stories and technology solutions, supporting implementation projects from initiation to completion for high‑profile life‑science clients.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements and convert them into detailed user stories.
• Participate in and support IT implementation projects across commercial processes.
• Run workshops, produce documentation and align with customers in English.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as an IT Business Analyst in life‑science companies.
• Hands‑on understanding of commercial processes and proven track record in IT projects.
• Strong communication and collaboration with technical and business stakeholders.

Required skills

• Data visualization tools: Qlik (preferred), Power BI, Tableau.
• Relational database concepts and big‑data technologies.
• Agile and waterfall project management experience.
• Implementation of cloud solutions.
• Knowledge of GxP, Veeva, IQVIA and/or Salesforce is a plus.
