B2B Sales Consultant – Hygiene & Pest Control Services

About the role

Rentokil Initial is looking for an independent, mature and self-driven B2B sales consultant to drive its growth in Northern Jutland. You will sell professional, sustainable and tailored hygiene and pest control solutions to businesses, schools, institutions and the catering and tourism sectors. The role covers the area around Aalborg (postcodes 9000–9990), so you should live there or within about 30 km.

Key responsibilities

• Hunter-style outbound sales: identify, contact and close deals with new business customers
• Consultative sales of custom service and subscription solutions
• Plan, book and hold customer meetings in your district, uncover needs and present the full portfolio
• Build long-term, trust-based relationships and ensure high service quality
• Work closely with Customer Centre, Business Support and the service technicians for complete follow-up

Required profile

• Solid B2B sales experience with a proven track record of budget achievement and pipeline management; references requested
• Experience in contract sales is highly valued (e.g. office supplies, flooring, cleaning services)
• Fluent Danish and functional English
• Valid category B driving licence
• Local roots in Northern Jutland, ideally Aalborg and surroundings
