Asphalt Foreman – Mid-Machine Team, Southern Jutland

About the role

NCC is looking for an asphalt foreman for its medium machine team in Southern Jutland, based in the Kolding asphalt department. You will lead up to five asphalt workers on different stretches across the region, working both hands-on and as a team leader with a strong focus on safety.

Key responsibilities

• Lead up to five asphalt workers and supervise their work on various projects across Southern Jutland
• Act as a hands-on trainer while leading the team, always prioritising high safety standards
• Plan work optimally together with the project manager
• Handle various administrative tasks

Required profile

• Solid asphalt experience and previous experience as a foreman
• Comfortable with responsibility for employees and able to get started quickly
• Strong planning ability and good at building engagement among workers
• Flexible working hours, as the team works day, evening and night, mainly during the day
• Flair for IT, since much of the work is done digitally

Required skills

• Category B driving licence; category E is an advantage
• Previous foreman experience
