About the role
Join the AI Center of Excellence at ROCKWOOL HQ in Hedehusene, leading a multidisciplinary team to develop and operationalise AI products at scale. You will work closely with global teams in Denmark, Poland and Malaysia, reporting to the AI CoE Manager.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a team of up to 10 AI Engineers, Data Scientists, Platform Engineers and student assistants.
- Plan capacity, organise delivery against product priorities and make risks and dependencies visible early.
- Guide design, building, testing and deployment of AI products and reusable platform capabilities.
- Establish engineering practices for code quality, documentation, monitoring and maintainability.
- Ensure compliance with corporate AI governance, information security and responsible AI requirements.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in a technical or business‑related field; degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics or Statistics preferred.
- 5+ years of AI experience and at least 2 years in a people‑management role.
- Strong communication skills, able to present to senior stakeholders and create clarity for multidisciplinary teams.
