AI Assistant (Student Assistant) for R&D

About the role

Join Coloplast's EHS & Metrology Centre of Excellence in Humlebæk and support digitalisation, data‑driven decision‑making and automation within R&D. This student assistant role offers hands‑on experience with AI, data and Microsoft Power Platform tools in a professional R&D environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and improve digital tools and automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate).
• Build dashboards and reports to provide clear insights for decision‑making across the department.
• Identify repetitive tasks that can be simplified or automated through digital solutions.
• Collaborate with colleagues to translate business needs into practical digital solutions.
• Support data preparation, validation and documentation for reliable user‑friendly solutions.
• Contribute to ad‑hoc AI, data handling, process optimisation and digitalisation tasks.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a relevant programme (IT, software development, data science, engineering, business analytics) with at least two years remaining.
• Interest in AI, automation, data analysis and digital process improvement.
• Willingness to learn or experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools.
• Basic coding or scripting skills; Python, SQL or JavaScript knowledge is a plus.
• Curious, structured and able to translate business needs into simple digital solutions.
• Fluent English; Danish is an advantage but not required.
• Available to work 10‑20 hours per week on‑site in Humlebæk.
