About the role

BAHR is looking for a qualified lawyer with tenancy law experience to join its Danish real‑estate team in Copenhagen. The role involves contributing to the development of BAHR’s real‑estate practice and working on complex commercial property transactions for professional investors.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on residential and commercial tenancy matters and support property transaction processes.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues in Norway and Sweden on cross‑border real‑estate deals.
• Draft and negotiate contracts, conduct legal research and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Required profile

• Qualified lawyer or corporate legal adviser with experience in real‑estate law, especially tenancy law (both residential and commercial).
• Ability to work independently, structured and thrive in a team‑oriented environment.
• Fluent communication in Danish and English.
