About the role

As a 1st Assistant in a Netto store located in Lejre, you will be the backbone of daily operations, ensuring the shop is tidy, well‑stocked and welcoming for customers. You will work across the floor, supporting both customers and colleagues in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain tidy and fully stocked shelves throughout the store.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service at the checkout and on the shop floor.
• Restock merchandise, arrange displays and keep the store presentable.
• Take on leadership duties when required, such as opening or closing the store in the manager’s absence.
• Assist with inventory checks and ensure price tags are accurate.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a retail or customer‑service role is preferred.
• Enjoys working in a busy, dynamic environment.
• Reliability and a team‑oriented attitude.
• Willingness to take on additional responsibilities, including occasional leadership tasks.
