Senior Site Acquisition Manager – Denmark

About the role

Fastned is looking for a Senior Site Acquisition Manager to lead its network expansion in Denmark. The role identifies, negotiates and secures prime locations for ultra-fast EV charging stations, working with the Country Lead DK to structure partnerships and unlock sites. It is based in Copenhagen in a hybrid setting.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with landowners, developers and retailers to build strategic partnerships.
• Identify, negotiate and acquire prime locations with landowners, local authorities or other commercial parties.
• Develop and execute a network development plan and shape your own expansion strategy.
• Streamline processes with an international team to maximise efficiency.
• Work cross-functionally with design, planning, construction, legal and operations teams to move from signed agreement to a live station.

Required profile

• 5+ years of relevant experience in a comparable site acquisition or property development role, preferably in a comparable industry.
• Native Danish and fluent business English.
• Willingness to travel regularly within Denmark and occasionally throughout Europe.
• Driving licence.
• Nice to have: an existing network of private and public stakeholders in real estate, developers, energy, infrastructure, transport or e-mobility in Denmark, and experience in high-growth or renewable energy companies.

Required skills

• Strong contract knowledge covering commercial, planning and legal aspects.
• Commercial acumen, stakeholder management and proven negotiation skills with both governmental bodies and private landowners.
