Site Foreman – Infrastructure Projects (Anlæg Øst 2)

About the role

NCC is looking for an experienced site foreman (arbejdsleder) for its Infrastructure division, Anlæg Øst 2, based in Søborg. You will take responsibility for daily coordination on infrastructure projects across Zealand, working in a flat organisation with about 50 colleagues split between Anlæg Øst 1 and 2. The department handles projects for public and private clients in areas such as concrete, earthworks, pipework, climate protection and road works.

Key responsibilities

• Daily coordination of the crew, equipment and materials on site
• Work closely with one or more production managers and organise your own day between the yard and the site depending on project needs
• Ensure health and safety and working conditions are top priority
• Quality control of the work and maintain high professional standards
• Contribute to lean and optimisation processes on the projects

Required profile

• At least 10 years of experience as a site foreman or foreman
• Strong experience in earthworks and pipework, preferably as a sewer master or pipe layer
• Ability to thrive in a culture focused on continuous improvement, where DISC is used as a tool for collaboration and communication
