Project Assistant – Construction Projects

About the role

NCC is looking for a Projektassistent in Hillerød to support the project manager and team in daily coordination within the Renovering & Transformation Øst division. You will follow up on subcontractors, meetings, deliveries and agreements so that tasks are completed on time and professionally. The role suits someone who likes responsibility, works independently and sees tasks through to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up on subcontractors, agreements and open issues in the project
• Plan meetings, update calendars and make sure participants and materials are ready
• Track tasks, deadlines and responsibilities across the project organisation
• Support the project manager with administrative and practical work
• Collect status on outstanding items, decisions and progress
• Communicate with construction management, subcontractors, suppliers and other partners

Required profile

• Overviews tasks, responsibilities and follow-up in a busy day
• Works in a structured way, independently and takes responsibility
• Understands construction site and project organisation processes, preferably from construction or installation
• Reads drawings and technical documents and turns information into action
• Clear and professional communication with colleagues and external partners

• Willingness to work in Dalux
