About the role

BASF A/S in Ballerup is seeking an experienced operator to support the production of vitamins, carotenoids and related formulations for the food, supplement and pharmaceutical markets. You will join a high‑tech, micro‑encapsulation process team and contribute to maintaining product quality and stable output.

Key responsibilities

• Operate, monitor and control the production process on shift.
• Prepare equipment and process areas before each run.
• Perform sampling, in‑process testing and documentation of results.
• Maintain written records, reports and compliance documentation.
• Clean the plant, equipment and work environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues to optimise operations and troubleshoot issues.

Required profile

• Previous experience as an operator or similar role in food or pharmaceutical production.
• Technical aptitude, strong hygiene awareness and ability to follow procedures.
• Good written and spoken Danish.
• Valid B‑category driver’s licence.
• Physical fitness for lifting, working at heights and confined spaces.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) – a plus.
• Forklift/truck licence – highly valued.
• Ability to operate and monitor production equipment.
