On Premise Trade Marketing Specialist

About the role

Red Bull is looking for an On Premise Trade Marketing Specialist in Copenhagen. You will work closely with the sales organisation, Key Account Managers, the festival and event specialist, the marketing team and external partners, turning consumer insights into commercial marketing initiatives and activations that strengthen Red Bull's visibility where consumers make their purchase decisions. The role sits at the intersection of marketing and sales across bars, restaurants, cafés, catering, fitness and major restaurant chains.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement commercial marketing concepts, campaigns and activations that drive sales on-premise, and prepare marketing plans with marketing, sales and Key Account Managers
• Turn consumer insights and strategic priorities into local initiatives, and support business plans, campaigns, product launches and new growth opportunities
• Develop and optimise the POS portfolio and sales tools, including physical and digital solutions, and ensure effective production, procurement and stock control of marketing materials
• Equip sales, Key Account Managers and the festival and event specialist with tools, guidelines and best practices, and ensure effective point-of-sale communication
• Lead your own projects with responsibility for budgets, timelines and cross-team coordination, and analyse and evaluate activation results to optimise and scale them

Required profile

• Experience in sales, marketing, brand management, FMCG or a similar commercial or operational role
• Experience developing and executing campaigns, customer activations or POS solutions
• Ability to drive projects from idea to reality while keeping budgets and deadlines
• Relevant higher education in sales, marketing, economics or similar
• Fluent spoken and written Danish and English
