Training & Operations Consultant

About the role

As a Training & Operations Consultant you will play a central part in developing Telenor's partner channels across Zealand. You will be responsible for delivering on‑site training, coaching and relationship building to ensure our partners sell Telenor products with high quality and provide excellent customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training programmes for sales consultants in partner stores, acting as a "train‑the‑trainer".
• Build and maintain strong relationships with channel leaders and staff to align on goals and commitment.
• Challenge daily sales activities, create concrete action plans and monitor performance both on‑site and remotely.
• Ensure sales consultants have up‑to‑date product knowledge to communicate Telenor’s value proposition.
• Provide continuous insights, improvement suggestions and quality assurance.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and the wider training team for knowledge sharing.
• Manage your own geographic area independently, focusing on data‑driven coaching and store‑level quality.

Required profile

• Strong motivation to train and develop others, even without formal authority.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills and ability to navigate partnership expectations.
• Clear, audience‑focused communication, capable of presenting to large groups and providing one‑on‑one coaching.
• Structured, independent work style with a sense of ownership for progress.
