Onboarding Associate (Swedish & Danish)

About the role

OrderYOYO is seeking a motivated Onboarding Associate who speaks Swedish and Danish to support restaurant partners across Europe. You will guide new partners from sign‑up through their first 60 days, ensuring a smooth launch of their branded mobile apps and online ordering platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to restaurants to facilitate onboarding and post‑launch support.
• Create and digitise restaurant profiles, upload menus, and configure app settings.
• Analyse partner data to identify optimisation opportunities, such as menu highlights, upsell suggestions, and promotional offers.
• Maintain regular contact with partners after the 60‑day mark to drive commercial growth and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure partners go live within agreed timelines.

Required profile

• Self‑starter with a strong drive to achieve targets and bonuses.
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish, Danish and English.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
• Team player who can also work independently.
