ICT Analyst – Cloud Services (Tier 0‑2)

About the role

Under the guidance of the Cloud Infrastructure Services unit manager, the ICT Analyst – Cloud Services provides technical support for cloud‑based services to UNDP offices and business units worldwide, following UNDP standard operating procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to incidents and service catalog requests, keep cloud platform records up‑to‑date and implement changes.
• Ensure oversight controls are applied to all cloud resources, monitor compliance and support remediation actions.
• Monitor cloud costs, manage budget exceptions and recommend actions based on consumption forecasts.
• Track service health, communicate updates and health events to platform users.
• Perform automated assessments, support audits and provide periodic compliance reports.
