Experienced IPR Lawyer for Tier 1 Team in Copenhagen

About the role

BAHR is looking for an experienced IPR lawyer to join its fast‑growing Tier 1 team in Copenhagen. You will help build one of Denmark’s leading IPR practices within a young, ambitious and supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and develop BAHR’s IPR practice in Denmark.
• Handle IPR disputes in courts, arbitration and before authorities.
• Advise clients on life‑science regulation (pharma, medtech, biotech).
• Work closely with the M&A team on IPR‑related transactions and agreements.
• Contribute to business development and client relationship management.

Required profile

• Qualified lawyer with at least 5 years of specialised experience in intellectual‑property law.
• Proven experience in IPR transactions and drafting IPR‑related agreements.
• Experience litigating IPR disputes (court, arbitration, regulatory bodies).
• Knowledge of life‑science regulatory frameworks.
• Strong commercial sense and ability to work independently while thriving in a team‑oriented environment.
• Fluent communication in Danish and English.
