About the role

KAB, Denmark's largest administrator of public housing, is seeking experienced construction project managers for its Center for Property Management and Construction. You will translate plans into reality, overseeing building projects from concept to completion while ensuring collaboration with external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the overall planning and control of construction cases from idea to final delivery.
• Act as the professional representative of the client (housing organisations and departments) and safeguard their interests.
• Coordinate and drive progress among consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Promote sustainable building practices and contribute to digitalisation of work processes.
• Support suppliers and customers to achieve high‑quality, environmentally friendly outcomes.

Required profile

• Educational background in architecture, structural engineering, civil engineering or a related process‑oriented field.
• Experience in managing construction projects, preferably from a client, consultancy or contractor perspective.
• Strong communication skills to interact with technical experts and board members alike.
• Positive, solution‑oriented attitude with the ability to work independently and creatively.
• Interest in sustainability and digital innovation.

Required skills

• Construction project management knowledge.
• Understanding of building regulations and sustainability standards.
