Technical Product Manager

About the role

Mastercard is looking for a Technical Product Manager to join its Nordic Product Development team. You will lead a scrum team that builds and enhances account‑based B2B and B2C payment solutions, helping shape the next generation of digital payments across the Nordics.

Key responsibilities

• Enhance existing product portfolio and scale new account‑based payment solutions for well‑established brands.
• Translate business processes and end‑user flows into clear functional requirements and drive them through design, build, testing and deployment.
• Maintain a prioritized backlog aligned with cross‑domain priorities and ensure timely delivery.
• Lead the scrum team in daily activities, provide business clarifications, and participate in Scrum and Big Room Planning (PI Planning) events.
• Own the end‑to‑end product delivery pipeline in close collaboration with fellow Product Managers.

Required profile

• Proven ability to work independently and deliver results.
• Experience designing end‑to‑end process flows from concept through deployment.
• Strong product‑building mindset with a passion for innovative payment products.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices and PI Planning.
