Production Manager – Infrastructure Projects (Øst)

About the role

NCC is looking for an experienced, results-oriented production manager for its Infrastructure Øst site in Søborg. You will lead earthworks and pipeline works on complex infrastructure projects, giving overall responsibility for production on one or more projects and turning goals and plans into progress through clear leadership, good planning and close dialogue with production managers, foremen and project management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, plan and coordinate production on large infrastructure projects focused on earthworks and pipeline works
• Ensure alignment between schedule, staffing, costs, productivity rates, quality and working conditions
• Build a strong production setup and systematically follow up on progress, risks and deviations
• Report status, forecasts and key decisions to project management
• Develop and motivate production managers, foremen and other key people
• Coordinate internal and external partners and contribute constructively to dialogue with customers and consultants
• Be a visible role model for safety, quality and cooperation

Required profile

• Solid experience of 7-12 years delivering large infrastructure projects in earthworks, pipelines and civil engineering
• Solid experience managing own production
• Relevant education in construction, infrastructure or equivalent
• Structured approach, strong communicator and someone who takes responsibility and makes decisions
