Key Account Manager – Wholesale & Distribution

About the role

Red Bull is looking for an ambitious and commercially strong Key Account Manager to develop and lead its cooperation with wholesalers and distribution partners in Denmark. The role is central to the route-to-market strategy and to growth across both off-premise and on-premise channels through strong customer agreements and effective partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers' organisations, from procurement to regional managers, store managers and sales staff, and turn shared ambitions into concrete activities
• Identify new growth opportunities through market insights and customer analysis, and follow up on agreed KPIs for sales, volume, distribution and profitability
• Follow up regularly on product availability, visibility and campaign execution, and run joint customer visits with distributors' sales staff
• Act as a visible ambassador at trade shows, customer events and industry events, and travel regularly across Denmark
• Link internal and external stakeholders, and prepare analyses, sales reporting and business reviews for management and partners

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience as a Key Account Manager, Area Sales Manager or similar commercial role in FMCG, with independent customer responsibility
• Background in B2B sales via distributors and wholesalers, and experience beyond the grocery and convenience segments
• Higher education in marketing, economics or a related field
• Dual fluency in Danish and English, spoken and written

Required skills

• Solid commercial understanding and strategic thinking
• Knowledge of Power BI and CRM systems, and experience with Excel and PowerPoint
